The Embassy of Algeria in Bucharest commemorates "Migration Day," which falls on October 17th each year.

Under the theme "From the Depths of Memory to the Horizons of the Future," the Embassy of Algeria in Bucharest commemorated National Migration Day—observed on October 17th—with the participation of embassy staff.
The commemoration included the playing of the national anthem, the recitation of the *Al-Fatiha* (the opening chapter of the Holy Quran), and a minute of silence in honor of our righteous martyrs. Additionally, a message from the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, was read out on the occasion of National Migration Day, which marks the 65th anniversary of the demonstrations of October 17, 1961.
Glory and eternity to our righteous martyrs; long live Algeria.
