Mr. Chaib receives a group of children from the Algerian National Community Abroad participating in the second session of the 2026 Summer Camps

The Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of the national community abroad, Mr. Sofiane Chaib, received today at the Ministry's headquarters a group of children from the national community abroad, participating in the second session of the summer camps for the 2026 summer season, in its fourth edition, organized in implementation of the instructions of the country's higher authorities aimed at strengthening the values of belonging and national identity among them.

This meeting was an opportunity to engage in dialogue with the children and learn about their impressions of this unique experience, which provides them with a space for acquaintance and exchange, to discover Algeria, and to benefit from purposeful educational, cultural and recreational programs, which contribute to strengthening their connection to their motherland and its cultural and civilizational heritage.

In the context of its keenness to expand the scope of benefit from this national initiative to benefit the largest possible number of children from our community abroad, an additional third session will be organized during the period from August 16 to 27, 2026.
